Hosting and server log files
This website consists of static files and is hosted on STACKIT infrastructure in Germany. No data is transferred to third countries.
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider records technically necessary access data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved
- volume of data transferred and whether the request succeeded
- browser type, browser version and operating system
- referrer URL, where transmitted
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and keep it running securely. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the stability and security of the site. This data is not combined with other sources and is not analysed for marketing purposes.
Cookies, tracking and third-party content
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. There is no reach measurement, no retargeting and no profiling. A consent banner is therefore not required.
No third-party content is loaded. In particular:
- The Poppins typeface is served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts.
- No videos, maps, social media plugins or chat tools are embedded.
- No content is loaded from third-party content delivery networks.
Your IP address is therefore not passed to any third party when you open this website.
Getting in touch
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding. We do not pass your data on without your consent.
Retention
Personal data is stored only for as long as it is needed for the relevant purpose or as long as statutory retention periods require. Server log files are deleted automatically after a short period. Email enquiries are kept for as long as handling and documenting them requires.
